West Riverside Shotgun | Near Audubon Park

This is a very cute and clean property. The communal living spaces are comfortable and the beds are great. The layout of the unit gives one a good feeling for typical New Orleans architecture. It has easy access to a grocery store which is very convenient. There are great places to eat within walking distance.

The property itself is nice, but it’s across from two abandoned properties and an industrial type area and - as a group of women - we did not feel safe staying there, parking our car, or walking in the area near the house especially at night. And further down is fine but not close enough to make it sound like this house is in the same walkable area. Do not recommend booking if you would feel the same way as you will not get a refund even though the neighborhood around the house was not as presented or described. Out a lot of money as we had to make other arrangements, and very disappointed in this Vrbo experience.

Beautiful home as pictured. House had everything we needed and then some. Very relaxing stay and will book again.

The house was just as described, clean and wonderful. Owner was communicative throughout with easy to follow instructions. Would stay here again.
