Modern Warehouse District Apt | 6 min to Bourbon

Great location for restaurants. It is 30+ minutes from the airport. Maintenance of the building was questionable However the window in the bedroom was leaking causing our room to flood. Then the last night we were there the smoke detector in the bedroom was alarming all night.

This three bedroom apartment was a perfect place for three friends to gather and explore New Orleans together. We could get everywhere on foot or with the Hop on Hop Off bus during the day and it was a short Uber ride back at night

Exactly as advertised. Hosts were communicative and helpful, the space was beautiful with more than enough supplies and linens for us. Very close to a supermarket and pharmacy which was handy for last minute supplies. The stairs ARE a consideration if you have any type of mobility issue as there are a LOT of them to get to the 3rd floor - but I’d recommend it as you are the only unit on the floor and it is pretty quiet.Overall it is a gorgeous space in a nice, semi-out of the way area. Well worth the price, I would stay here again without any hesitation.
