Eclectic Duplex | Lovely Yard, Live Like a Local

This home exceeded our expectations for New Orleans charm. It was filled with interesting pieces and immaculate. I especially enjoyed the comfy bed. The animals were a plus and entertaining and the location was walking distance to our son's house so it was perfect in every way. I plan on staying again when we return.

This was the perfect property for a trip to New Orleans with family. It is very spacious, beautifully decorated, and walking distance to the French Quarter / other areas of interest. Highly recommend.

I’d definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others. I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. You can tell that the owner cares about the visitors: the place is clean and excellently maintained; the beds are comfortable; the bedding is soft; the towels are soft; the water pressure and temperature were great. We enjoyed having dinner in the garden in the back. The neighborhood is quiet while the French Quarter and main landmarks are within 10 to 15 minutes away. The atmosphere of the place and its energy were comfortable and homey.

Our girls went to see Taylor Swift while my husband and I enjoyed a night on the town. The location of your home could not have been better!

House was very cute shotgun style. Just my wife and I came for this trip but if we had kids or another couple, it could have been awkward with the layout. Kitchen leads to bedroom with 2 twins leads to hallway with 2 bathrooms leads to master bedroom. But there is no way to get from master bath to the kitchen/front without going through the guest bedroom. Backyard was amazing and we spent several hours enjoying the weather and garden. Walking distance to French Quarter/Bourbon Street/Superdome but we did get a ride to Frenchmans and some other areas. Park across the street is nice during the day but a little sketchy at night. Great communication with the owner and would happily stay again next visit.
