Victorian Shotgun | Near French Quarter + CBD!

It's exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood seems quite safe, as well - I'm normally very careful about where I park my car in NOLA but in this case I chose to park my car in front of the house and neither expected nor experienced any problems.

Sweet spot; immaculate, well stocked and great location. Highly recommended!

Easy check in and very good communication with host. It’s a tad bit off the beat and path but I had my car so there were no issues. Would stay here again.

Great place. Had all provisions we needed. Just a few blocks walk to streetcar and Trader Joes really close by! Coffee Science was a treasure for morning coffee. A bit out of the way of all the crowds which we liked

Our stay at this charming Victorian Shotgun was absolutely phenomenal! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive — communication before and during our stay was seamless.The location was perfect — just a short drive to the French Quarter, great restaurants, and local shops. We also felt safe in the neighborhood and appreciated the easy parking right out front. The beds were comfortable, and the home was stocked with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans!
