French Quarter Stay Next to Saenger, Streetcar

Our stay at this property was excellent! The host made it easy and was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

David, the host, was always quick to reply to my messages throughout the entire process. Check-in was the easiest of all the VRBO properties I’ve rented over the last few years. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. The property was perfect! The bedrooms were perfect size and the beds and pillows were comfortable as was the living room seating area. Hot water in the showers too for a Group of 3 showering one right after another. The pool on the roof top was a nice addition to relax and chat with other visitors while viewing the New Orleans skyline. The location was great as well; a couple of blocks into the heart of the French Qtr and a block off of Canal. You won’t be disappointed with the condo, host, amenities or the location! Will definitely return!

Great property and excellent communication when an issue rose with entry codes.

Had some trouble with the contract that has to be signed before check in can happen. Finally got it to work by host sending in a text. After that, everything was smooth sailing! Parking in garage across the street ended up being very affordable. They did offer handicapped parking on first floor since no elevator only stairs. Rooftop pool was very nice! Room was completely dark and quiet which I LOVED! Host warns in description about street noise, but that wasn’t an issue for us at all! No windows at all! I loved!!! But something to consider if you don’t like that.
