French Quarter, Amazing Location Near Saenger

The host communicated VERY well and did their best to fix any issue we had. Unfortunately we had alot of issues that were not at the fault of the host. The building is old and we ran into bathroom termites in one of the wooden beams above the shower. the host sent an exterminator the same day and switch us to another room. The host let us know that the other room was missing a AC unit in one of the bed rooms. If our only option were bugs, or being hot at night we choose the latter. We did not want to have the hassle of finding a new place to stay with only 2 nights left in NOLA. We also had dirty towels in which The host sent room service asap to fix the issue. At night a portion of the wall fell off on it own. Thankfully it wasn’t above someone’s head. I hope this was just a freak accident that happened to us, however I am happy with how well the host communicated and tried to fix every issue. The roof top pool is really nice…
