It was closer to bourbon street than we thought so it was nice to have an easy walking route

Great property! Loved having a coffee shop on the 1st floor. Cute place, security was good, and it was spacious.

The parking garage was the best choice, as we were able to park there and leave it for the most part since public transportation, Lyft/Uber, are abundantly available in the city.We had an issue with water raining into the hall bathroom from the ensuite. I notified David before we headed out, and he was able to have maintenance troubleshoot and resolve the issue well before we returned from sightseeing.The apartment has some noticeable features: the floors aren't entirely level, but the kitchen had all the essentials, so after a short trip to Walmart, which wasn't terribly far away, we were able to cook food with little difficulty.Check-in and check-out were smooth; compared to other rentals in the past, the clean-up was a breeze. If we come down again will strongly consider staying here again.
